by lfcviking ini've heard a few posts on this forum suggesting the wt society has its own 'secret' team of people who lurk on this site for information purposes but also to identify individuals who have left the org and become 'apostate' and are actively working/campaigning against the wt society.
can anybody here verify this?

Nice pics!
I am blessed to have a job that takes me to every corner, every nook and cranny of this beautiful state. There are very few radio towers in this state I have not worked at and many of those are on remote peaks in the wilderness. If you are passing through NY and see a tower, I have most likely worked it.

Yes, I have a miracle . .
The body on the sister that I discovered dancing at a local (all nude) strip club when I was on the way out back in '97. She was as shocked as I was but we got over it pretty quickly, like 30 seconds . She sat with me for a good hour (nude but after a few minutes I didn't even notice and she wasn't even aware of it) and we chatted about the lie and secret lives of other dingalings in the congo). She moved back to CA shortly after that. Wish I knew what happened to her, what a sweet lady. I wonder if she is reading this?
She kinda blew into town from CA one day and started going to meetings and studying with the local superfine elder and his superfine elderette wife. Getting back to the org after who knows what, a fresh start, like me at the time. She was like me, smart, educated, from out of the area, no local family or history, and never really fit in, an "out of the box" thinker, a fan of Tolkien and Sagan. It didn't help her that she was drop dead smokin' gorgeous and actually exuded sexuality and sensuality in every direction all the time.
Mrs LoB and I and her were pretty good friends for a few years there until the elders broke it up on one of their witch hunts. Thats a 2000 word story right there. In one sentence the rumor was that we were a threesome trying to get young single sisters in the congo to join us. F**king mouth breathing, moon barking maroons . .
The strip club incident happened when I was on the way out a few years after the elders put us (and her) on their radar, and after me and Mrs LoB had moved to another congo to facilitate the fade.
She was a Pioneer on occasion. And, god, was she beautiful.

I decided to deep six the old one, it was Donald Sutherland from "Invasion of the Body Snatchers". To be honest, it even creeped me out. Maybe it was a defence mechanism to keep people at a distance . .
Anyway, I hope you like my new one, it is much more *me*.
I present to you . . . Mr. James Marshall Hendrix, a free spirit if there ever was one, a musical genius who changed the way the guitar is played forever. A genius who was consumed by the industry that gave him his success. He made me realize, in 1967, when I was 14, that there was creative genius out there, that the Borg was not all there was. He woke me up to the beauty of musical expression and poetic prose. I sincerely believe that that awakening way back then was crucial to me being where I am now, out and free.
He was a catalyst.

What Are Your Special Interests?
by R.F. infirst of all, i'd like to say that the purpose of this thread is in know way an avenue for me to boast, but merely to share an interest with you all.. there is one thing at least that i'd like to get back into now that i no longer have so much of my time taken up by jw activities, and that's music.
i won't name the instrument on this thread because that'll be telling too much info about me(as if i already hadn't) and i don't want to just blatently give my identity away since many local jws know about this, but i'm starting to realize how much i've missed playing the intrument.
i haven't touched one in 5 years, yet i still feel that i can pick one up and play it.

brentr, Last year I went to a historic community that had a blacksmith shop. I spent the whole afternoon (5 plus hrs) there barraging the smithy with questions etc. It was awesome. I learned alot about metallurgy and the history of welding!! Mrs LoB wasn't happy that I spent the afternoon in the smithy though . .
So many interests and only one life . . sigh
